Funding Sponsorships

Our generous donors make it possible for A Woman’s Work to assist so many women in the St. Vrain Valley area. All individual donations go directly to help women in need. Our events and Funding Champions cover the costs of answering the phone and enables us to provide all the help we can for those in need. Our commitment to put your contributions to work for the women and their families right here in the St. Vrain Valley has never been stronger. Thank you for your support.

Funding sponsorships are based on an annual relationship from January 1 through December 31.  There are a variety of levels and payment plans available as well as combinations of sponsorships to support A Woman’s Work. It is the responsibility of the sponsor to provide logo, link and accurate information for use on the website and other publicity. Funding Champions receive recognition throughout the year in our publicity pieces as well as at Events. Event Sponsors are limited to recognition related to the event they are sponsoring.

DIAMOND SPONSOR     $1,000

1. Corporate logo and name included as Diamond Sponsor in promotional and advertising material including, but not limited to, invitations to events and the newsletter.
2. Your clickable corporate logo appearing on the AWW website. Facebook and Twitter promotions and Constant Contact promotions.
3. Signage at all major events (company-provided banner hung or recognition during a slide show presentation at the discretion of the events committees)
4. Complimentary tickets (2) to Evening of Great Tastes and 10th Anniversary Luncheon.

PLATINUM SPONSOR     $3,000

1. Receives all the benefits of being a Diamond Sponsor (less tickets to events since already included as event sponsor for all AWW events in 2013). This supports the operations of A Woman’s Work.
2. Receives all benefits of being a sponsor of our Evening of Great Tastes. This includes a reserved table at the event and signage at the event as well as name/logo on all promotional materials for the April 27, 2013 event to be held at the home of Stu and Joan Horsfall. (Attendance 300-350 people – sold out last four years)
3. Receives all benefits of being a sponsor of the 10th Anniversary Luncheon to be held on Friday, September 27, 2013 at the Plaza Conference Center in Longmont. This includes a reserved table for ten and signage at the event as well as name/logo on all promotional materials.  (Attendance 400 people – sold out last 6 years)
4. Corporate logo and name included as Platinum Sponsor on promotional and advertising material including, but not limited to, invitations for events, newsletter, website and Facebook.
5. Your clickable corporate logo appearing on the AWW website. Facebook and Twitter promotions and Constant Contact promotions. 
6. Permission to distribute information about your business at events at the discretion of the Event Committee.

EVENT SPONSORSHIPS

EVENING OF GREAT TASTES SPONSOR     $1,000

1. Name included as Event Sponsor in all promotional and advertising material related to the event including but not limited to invitations, banner at event, program and website.
2. A reserved table at the event with corporate signage at the table. Event will be April 27, 2013 at the home of Stu and Joan Horsfall. (Attendance 300-350 people – sold out last four years)
3. Permission to distribute information about your business at the event at the discretion of the Event Committee.

10th ANNIVERSARY LUNCHEON SPONSOR     $1,000  

1. Corporate logo and name included as Event Sponsor in promotional and advertising material including, but not limited to, invitations to events and the newsletter.
2. Your clickable corporate logo appearing on this event page of the AWW website.
3. Prominent signage at luncheon (company-provided banner hung or recognition during a slide show presentation at the discretion of the luncheon committee.)
4. A reserved table for 10 at the luncheon with corporate signage at the table. Attendance 400 people – sold out last 6 years)

MAGNIFICENT MEN OF A WOMAN’S WORK – Excursion Auction and Calendar Contest     $1,000

1. Name included as Event Sponsor in all promotional and advertising material related to the event including posters, 2014 calendars, event programs and electronic promotion at event program and website.
2. A reserved table at any of the auctions with corporate signage at the table.
3. Permission to distribute information about your business at the event at the discretion of the Event Committee.

FAIRY TALE DREAM – Tea, dress up and fun     $500 

1. Name included as Event Sponsor in all promotional and advertising material related to the event including but not limited to, invitations, banner at event program and website.
2. A reserved table at the event with corporate signage at the table. This event will be held on Sunday, February 10, 2013 at Brookside Gardens in Berthoud.  (This event has a capacity of 150-180 people).
3. Permission to distribute information about your business at the event at the discretion of the Event Committee.

SWINGING FOR A CAUSE – Tennis Event to support AWW     $500  

1. Name included as Event Sponsor in all promotional and advertising material related to the event including but not limited to, invitations, banner at event program and website.
2. Permission to distribute information about your business at the event at the discretion of the Event Committee.

PUBLICITY SPONSORSHIP     $500 per newsletter

1. One full-color (4.5” x 7.5”) ad in prime position.  Ads will appear on the back cover of the newsletter which is on the outside when mailed.
2. Your company logo on the AWW website as our Newsletter Sponsor and a link to your website for the entire year.

ASSOCIATES     $2500

1. This includes, but is not limited to, an ongoing business relationship that provides cash benefit to AWW of at least $2500 per year.
2. Associates will receive the benefits outlined under Diamond Sponsor, as well as direct promotion for ongoing events.

MERCHANT EVENTS     $200 Minimum Fee or Percentage of Proceeds

1. A merchant event includes, but is not limited to, a one-time event promoting business for a local merchant at the location of their choice.
2. AWW will advertise this event via newsletter, Constant Contact, e-mail, Facebook and our website.
3. Clickable logo on website as Merchant Event Sponsor.

AUCTION ITEM DONORS

1. Donors receive recognition in event program and on the AWW website.
